Too many employers fail to exit staff despite grounds for dismissal, for fear the employee will raise a personal grievance.
In this course, find out how to manage the exit of problem employees with less stress. We will focus on the legal and practical points around managing the exit, so that you keep your team company reputation intact.
We will answer your questions around exiting staff, such as: What must you do before exiting for poor performance or serious misconduct? How do you reduce legal risk when negotiating an exit settlement? What should you include in the settlement agreement?
Consider how to protect company reputation and property when a difficult employee leaves your organisation. We will discuss terms of settlement to protect company property and reputation, including for senior employees.
