AUCKLAND: Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment

ChatGPT and Bing AI have created a huge groundswell of interest in generative AI and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in general. AI within HR software has been around for well over a decade. However, the use of AI, especially in the areas of recruitment and recruitment software has been consistently accelerating, with increasing use of Machine Learning, Natural Language processing and complex data algorithms.

The ability to create new types of assessment frameworks, gamification, adaptive testing and learning systems means that this area of candidate identification, assessment and selection has the potential to radically transform and change the way organisations assess and recruit people now and in the very near future.

While AI provides huge potential benefits. There also exists the potential for significant negative impacts. The potential to worsen inequalities, increase bias and discrimination exist as well.

In this webinar we will be joined by Dr Ali Siminovsky. We will explore what AI is and how it is being used in recruitment currently. Where it is possibly heading. Opportunities and challenges for HR and what are some of the considerations that need to be taken into account by organisations looking to use AI in Recruitment and other HR processes.

A Zoom link and joining instructions will be sent the day prior to the event or accessed through your Eventbrite account.
