AUCKLAND| Virtual: Chat with Downer - Leader Māori HR Award winner

The Auckland Branch Committee are always looking for inspiring ways to help the HR community and people leaders in general, learn and grow. What better way to do this than listen to one of NZ’s largest organisations who have a strong focus on people and development.

Downer won the 2022 HRNZ Leader Māori HR Award. In this session you will hear why Downer decided to move forward with this particular initiative and what they have learned along the way. There may even be some tips for anyone who is thinking of starting an initiative in this space! There will be time for Q&A at the end of the session so don’t miss the opportunity to gain the insights the team at Downer have had from this initiative.

We look forward to seeing you online for this event.

A Zoom link and joining instructions will be sent the day prior to the event or accessed through your Eventbrite account.
