Our Presenters
Helen Pryde, Senior Associate
Helen is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team at Duncan Cotterill and specialises in all aspects of employment and health and safety law. She has represented employer and employee clients across a broad range of industries and provides pragmatic advice in respect of compliance across all employment processes. Helen is also very experienced in dispute resolution, and has a background in general litigation and extensive experience in criminal law.
Caitlin Sargison, Solicitor
Caitlin is a solicitor in the Employment team at Duncan Cotterill. She works closely with employer clients – both large organisations and small businesses – to advise on a range of matters including disciplinary and performance processes, maintaining ongoing employment relationships, and assisting with the defence of Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court claims. Caitlin also has experience assisting employee clients in raising concerns and negotiating exits and settlements.
