AUCKLAND VIRTUAL| Human-centred incentive scheme design

Are your incentive schemes well understood by your employees?

Do scheme participants feel that their outputs are fairly rewarded?

Are the tangible links to business outcomes clear?

Frustrated by many years experiencing incentive schemes with limited real world practicality or participant buy-in, Mark Stephens from EY’s New Zealand reward practice will share with us the insights of applying a design-thinking approach to incentive scheme design.

Through combing aspects from both disciplines (design thinking and reward), Mark will share with us his key learnings, including:

☑️ an overview of the design process

☑️ how best to navigate competing interests

☑️ linking to an effective change process.

This event will be held virtually, and although organised by Auckland Branch, is open to all Branches Nationally.
