About the Presenters

Adam Caccioppoli - Associate, Senior HR and Recruitment Consultant at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Hawkes Bay Limited

Adam was raised on apple orchards in Hawke’s Bay. He has completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Canterbury. The first part of his career was as an employment lawyer, firstly at a legal firm in Wellington before heading to London where he worked for both central and local governments.

Adam spent the next 10 years in the recruitment industry, including leading a regional office in Wellington for a global recruitment firm before moving back to the Bay with his young family. He joined the Baker Tilly team in 2021.

Mark Luscombe of Luscombe Legal is a well-known and highly regarded immigration lawyer providing legal support to help his clients navigate their way around immigration rules which can be complicated, scary or just plain confusing.
