This programme is a helpful step for those aspiring to become Chartered members of HRNZ.
The programme is based on the HRNZ competencies (derived from global HR Competency research of Professor Dave Ulrich) and examines each practical HR area within the 'HR Delivery' competency. Participants are provided with foundational information on the major HR functions, learn to identify current good practice, and are encouraged to share their own experiences and to learn from others.
Topics covered in the three day programme include:
- Learning and Development
- Performance Management
- Change Management
- Organisational Development
- Legal Compliance and Employment Relations
- Remuneration and Reward
- Cultural Awareness and Diversity Management
- Health, Safety and Wellbeing
- HR Measurement and Policy Development
A workbook containing information and exercises is provided. The programme is informed by current research and is frequently revised and updated, most recently in 2021.
All personal development events are subject to HRNZ Terms and Conditions.
