The requirements are onerous, the process complex, and the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court are thorough in scrutinising the employer’s process. For an average employer, getting it right can be difficult.

About the Presenter - David Traylor
David has over 13 years' experience working as an employment law specialist in Wellington and London. He can provide advice in respect of the full spectrum of employment-related issues, both contentious and non-contentious and within both the public and private sector.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the course.
