Taking on the Chief Executive role with Kaipara District Council in 2018, Louise Miller has been leading the council team on a journey of changing perceptions, both internally and externally. Louise will share insights from her career and how these have influenced her to become a recognised trust-based and authentic leader.

About our speaker, Louise Miller, Chief Executive, Kaipara District Council

Louise Miller is currently the Chief Executive of Kaipara District Council. Originally from the UK, Louise moved to NZ in 2013, and held various roles with Tauranga City Council. Louise’s early career history was in and around the public sector, and she unexpectedly fell into local Government roles in NZ. Despite this, she has gone on to instigate positive change over the last decade.

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to [email protected] two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
