OTAGO BRANCH: The War for Talent 2.0, A panel session

HRNZ Otago Branch and our panel of speakers are excited to present this interactive, version 2.0 panel session.

The war for talent continues unabated. This is a follow up session to a similar HRNZ event held last year. We will cover how we are adapting to new working practices and answer, do employees really want values alignment with their employer or are they chasing money? Explore what’s working when it comes to hiring and retaining the best people.

You will hear from recruiting managers facing various challenges and discover the steps they are taking to tackle them. They will share what they are doing to boost recruitment brands, develop culture strategies and what they are doing to retain their best people.

This was a well-attended event last year and the follow up session looks to be the same. Book your place to delve into some collective thinking that will set your people and culture strategy up for success.
