OTAGO BRANCH: The War for Talent, A panel session

The war for talent is very real. We are shifting to new working practices; employees are looking for a values alignment with their employer. One of the biggest challenge’s businesses face right now is hiring and retaining the best people. HRNZ Otago are excited to present this interactive, panel session.

You will hear from five recruiting managers, facing various challenges and explore the steps they are taking to face them. They will share what they are doing to boost recruitment brands, develop culture strategies and to retain their best people. Delve into some collective thinking that will set you up for success.

The panel will be open to questions from the floor, so, if you are working on your people and culture strategy for 2022, this is not to be missed.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to [email protected] two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
