OTAGO| Evening Roundtable Discussion: Supporting Employee Wellbeing

This event has been postponed due to the planned one-off public holiday to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II.

As New Zealand will commemorate Queen Elizabeth II with a state memorial and one-off public holiday on Monday, September 26 this event will rescheduled to a later date, which will be advised as soon as possible.

Supporting employee mental health and wellbeing has never been higher on the HR agenda. With the ongoing impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, rising costs of living and changes to working practices, loneliness, isolation and mental ill health are rising swiftly amongst employees.

HRNZ Otago branch invites you to a roundtable discussion on how we can improve the support we have for our employees and how we can strengthen our Ōtepoti connections to build a stronger regional approach together.

Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust are dedicated to reducing suicide in Aotearoa. They support members of the community who are at risk or affected by suicide through a range of advocacy, awareness raising and outreach work. They run a weekly crisis café at the Hope Centre in Dunedin offering a safe space for anyone needing support and connection.


This is a complimentary event for HRNZ Members only, although koha to Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust (via online donation or at the time of registration) is encouraged.
