SOUTH AUCKLAND/ RŌPŪ MĀORI: Kaupapa Māori approach to Wellbeing
- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
- Region: Auckland South
Join HRNZ’s rōpū Māori branch and South Auckland Branch in a kōrero about Wellbeing in a kaupapa Māori organisation.
With the ever changing world around us it is paramount that we focus on kaimahi well-being and not rely on the status quo of employee assisted progammes to do this for us. Join us for this joint event with HRNZ’s rōpū Māori branch and South Auckland Branch as we provide you key initiatives that focus on holistic well-being of kaimahi in a kaupapa Māori organisation.
We’ll also share with you a range of tools that you can use to engage your kaimahi on “how to check in with your hauora”.
A Zoom link and joining instructions will be sent the day prior to the event or accessed through your Eventbrite account.

"We will present an insightful session on how our organisation commits to employee wellbeing through “Tauora” - our uniquely indigenous wellbeing programme at Te Wananga o Aotearoa. We look forward to sharing with you some of the evidence of 10+ years of ‘Tauora’ benefits for our national tertiary institution servicing over 1400 staff. Also, be prepared to leave this session with some ‘Tauora Tips’ that you can keep in your wellbeing kete and share with others."
