Join HRNZ Southland Branch Committee and Ashley Burdon in an introduction to TetraMap for team development.
What is TetraMap and how does it work? Ash is a certified TetraMap facilitator and will work through the basics of this tool and how it can be used with teams to improve communication and performance.
TetraMap is a tool that any leader or group can use to enhance their understanding of those they interact with. It is to the point, it is about communication and relationships, it gives participants clarity about themselves.
A workshop using TetraMap® involves participants completing a 10 question instrument which highlights four behavioural preferences.
Using Nature as a metaphor these four behavioural preferences are matched to the elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire. The link to nature is critical as participants then begin to understand that each element of behaviour is present in society. Lessons from Nature are linked to building stronger relationships, teams and organisations.
