I'm excited to read Alex's books and further develop my understanding of the topics discussed. Workshopping alongside other industry professionals was really useful. There was a good mix of professionals from different types and sizes of organisations.” Anna, People & Culture Manager

“The course was excellent. Most of all, what I appreciated was how the facilitator helped us navigate the complexities of what we were learning. As someone who originally trained to be a teacher, I felt the course was scaffolded very well. I appreciated how scalable the course was - it seemed as though everyone in the room got something valuable out of the course, despite being at differing stages of their workforce planning journey.” Matt, Workforce Planner

“Really enjoyed the course, really valuable for developing our strategic workforce plan. Stretched and challenged my thinking into the strategic thinking space.” Jo, Kaihautu Pumanawa Tangata
