The Taranaki HRNZ Branch Committee is delighted to be holding a Mock Disciplinary session.
Attending and managing a disciplinary process as a manager or HR practitioner can be a daunting prospect. Not to mention it being costly, time-consuming, and relationship-straining - especially if you don’t know what to expect and don’t have the right processes in place. To help managers and HR practitioners through the employment law minefield, Sean and Caroline will be presenting a full interactive mock disciplinary session, ably supported by the fine acting skills of your local HRNZ Committee. This will take you through the disciplinary process and offer tips for working through to a successful outcome.
The HRNZ Committee presented a disciplinary session followed by a mediation session in 2018 that was well received with plenty of learning.
If you are a manager of staff or an HR practitioner, then come along to gain some top tips and understanding of the process and legal implications. If only just to see the acting skills of your HRNZ Committee on show!
Come and join the Human Resources NZ (HRNZ) for this great event. We welcome both members and non-members to join us for this truly informative and interactive session amongst colleagues and peers.
