WAIKATO: Employment Law Update

We’re delighted to welcome the return of our popular Employment Law Update, presented by our Branch Sponsor Tompkins Wake.

This is your opportunity to hear from employment law specialists, speaking from a local perspective, on what’s changed recently in all things employment, including:

- Key legislative changes

- Recent cases of interest from the Employment Relations Authority and Court and trends in employment processes

- Common employment issues and settlement outcomes

Time permitting, there may also be an opportunity to have your general employment law questions answered.
