Claire Walker - Chief People and Culture Officer, SkyCity
Claire was appointed to her current role of Chief People & Culture Officer for the SkyCity Entertainment Group in August 2016, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in human resource management gained across a number of different sectors. She is responsible for leading the development and implementation of best practice human resource strategy across the SkyCity group. She also has executive responsibility for sustainability at SkyCity.
Prior to joining SkyCity in 2016, Claire was Chief People Officer at Sanford Limited where she established the human resources function and led the sustainability and integrated reporting activities for the organisation and, prior to that, Claire led the human resources and employee relations function for the SkyCity Auckland business. Claire has also held senior human resource roles with Carter Holt Harvey and Downer after several years working in the education sector.
Claire holds a governance role on the advisory board of the Sustainable Business Council in New Zealand.
Jay Crangle - Leadership Manager, Sustainable Business Council
Jay joined SBC in 2019 after 10 years working in the UK and Canada. At SBC, her role includes facilitating member collaborations and building cross sector partnerships. She has held a variety of programme management and communications roles across the not-for-profit sector including Cancer Research UK and Amnesty International.
Andrea Thompson - Director and Co-Founder, Catapult
A leadership expert, Andrea has more than 20 years’ experience in the design and facilitation of leadership development programmes for some of New Zealand's leading organisations. In addition to leadership development expertise, Andrea has vast experience working with organisational leaders to bring about organisational engagement, alignment and culture change. She leads the Sustainability Leadership Programme in partnership with SBC.

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
