In this talk, former Agile Coach and people leader in Xero and now Career and Leadership Coach for women of colour, Suki Xiao, will talk about the challenges she and other ethnically diverse staff have faced and what it means to have a truly inclusive work culture where everyone feels valued for who they are.

Suki Xiao is an ICF credentialed coach (Associate Certified Coach) with 5+ years of coaching experience and the founder of As You, which focuses on career and leadership coaching for women of colour.

Suki has worked across the public, private and social sectors, where she has been a recognised coach, mentor and leader. Prior to starting As You, Suki was an Agile Coach at Xero, Meridian Energy and Datacom (through Nomad8), where Suki had direct experience coaching, enabling and supporting teams and leaders to perform better and in new ways of working. Suki also served on the leadership team of Xero Partner Products and has worked with a range of people, from senior leadership teams to early career professionals. What makes Suki unique as a career and leadership coach is that she has first hand experience of being a team member, having been a Tax Consultant at KPMG and a Policy Advisor in MBIE and she also knows the challenges of being an ethnically diverse woman climbing the corporate ladder. Suki has a BCom/LLB conjoint degree and was also a Youthline phone counsellor.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
