You’ll hear about any upcoming legislative changes that may impact your organisation and get to hear about significant cases or trends currently impacting employers.

Matt Hutcheson, Associate

Matt is an Associate in the Employment and Health and Safety team at Duncan Cotterill. He assists with all employment law issues, from front-end guidance, to dispute resolution and advocacy. Matt also assists clients with all matters relating to health and safety, including providing regulatory advice, developing hazard management systems, and representing clients in WorkSafe investigations and prosecutions. Outside of work, Matt sits on the HRNZ Auckland Branch Committee.

Caitlin Sargison, Senior Solicitor

Caitlin is a Senior Solicitor in the Employment and Health and Safety team at Duncan Cotterill. She advises on a broad range of employment-related matters from maintaining positive employment relationships, managing issues in the workplace, resolving disputes, negotiating exits and defending claims. Her guidance to corporate and individual clients alike is focuses on achieving pragmatic and commercial resolutions.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
