Cathy leads Strategic Pay as the Managing Director and has over 15 years remuneration consulting experience.
For the last 4 years Cathy has successfully set up and run our Tauranga office, resulting in significant growth in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty Region. A recent focus of Cathy’s work has been pay equity where she has chaired the internal committee; developing and managing our systems, working on and leading client assignments in this area, and being a member of the group that presented to the parliamentary select committee on the draft legislation. She has intimate knowledge of the business and our clients and gives certainty in the continuity of our strategy and vision for growth.
When Cathy isn’t working, she enjoys getting out and about with her kids and their ponies, relaxing at one of the Bays beautiful beaches, or if it is Winter, hitting the slopes of Mount Ruapehu.
Natasha first joined the Market Information team in 2011 and was responsible for a wide survey portfolio across the public and private sectors. In 2014 she was promoted to Senior Market Information Analyst.
In 2017, Natasha left Strategic Pay and joined Housing New Zealand as a Senior Planning Analyst. There she was responsible for providing analysis for multiple planned programmes within the maintenance and upgrades department. She was also involved in the co-ordination and planning of the annual budget within her department.
In June 2018, she returned to Strategic Pay as the Market Information Manager bringing her strong background in Remuneration and analysis to lead the team to provide high level insights and data solutions to support both clients and our team of Consultants.

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
