This is part 8 in a 10 part series. Each session builds on the last one, attending them all increases your resources for managing stress – and if you can make just one then this is good for you too! Registrants will also receive temporary access to the recording if you cannot make the live session, or want to revisit any of it.
Often stress occurs when we are not living in line with our personal sense of meaning and values. This session will explore the research and results around values and meaning in a way that allows you reduce your stress levels. A deeper reflective session, this will give you the opportunity to evaluate your daily actions and activities.

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
