This webinar is an updated extension of last year’s “Maximizing the Potential of Dyslexic/Neurodiverse Staff at Work” webinar.
Leading companies from all around the world are responding to the untapped potential that neurodiverse/dyslexic employees bring to the workplace. Multi-nationals like Dell, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, EY, Deloittes, Microsoft and IBM are all actively working to change the mindset from Dyslexia being a problem to solve – to being a talent and different way of thinking that can bring benefits for all.
Here in Aotearoa New Zealand companies from many different sectors of the economy are signing up to achieve the Dyslexia Friendly Quality Mark to ensure they are providing the most productive environment for employees with dyslexia.
This webinar will focus on simple and inexpensive steps a business can take to make themselves more dyslexia/neurodiversity friendly – for staff, their families and for customers. This webinar will be interactive and very informative.
Participants will get practical actions and templates that will help them materially improve the situation for neurodiverse/dyslexia staff members.
