In the last few weeks many HR professionals are having more and more staff come to them who are not coping with the ongoing restrictions. This webinar will give you more insight into why many people who were able to thrive through the first lockdown have found this lockdown and the ongoing restrictions much harder to cope with.
This webinar will cover:
- How can you quickly gain an idea of how staff are coping, without the need for complex assessments.
- What should you do if you yourself are not coping or are overwhelmed?
- Discover a number of ways the ongoing restrictions may be affecting staff, some are not so obvious.
- What options do you have if EAP services have no spaces to see your staff?
- What are some practical things you can do to help people cope better.
There will be time for questions and answers at the end.
