This is part 6 in a 10 part series. Each session builds on the last one, attending them all increases your resources for managing stress – and if you can make just one then this is good for you too! Registrants will also receive temporary access to the recording if you cannot make the live session, or want to revisit any of it.

People who use their strengths at work and at home have been shown to have increased resilience, lower stress levels, decreased incidents of burnout, higher levels of wellbeing and higher performance. This session will explore strengths from a basic personal level, including the opportunity to test your own strengths and apply them.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
