It’s fair to say that wellbeing and resilience has taken centre stage on the People Agenda in the last 12 months, but how can we ensure the critical lessons we’ve learned create resilience which lasts beyond the pandemic?

This webinar will explore how the HR community might help their teams to better understand and personalize wellbeing at work.

It also provides an opportunity to challenge our profession, as we consider the courageous conversations that lie ahead for us if we want lasting resilience at work.

Kathryn Jackson is a Christchurch based Leadership Coach and Fellow of the CIPD (UK), who specializes in working with organisations that want to build confidence, success and resilience at work. She has been described as a “polite disruptor” and enjoys sharing her experience and exploring change.

Kathryn is the author of several books including; Resilience At Work: Practical Tools for Career Success which was a double Finalist for Best International Business Book (UK) and the Australian Career Book Awards in 2019 and Essential Questions to GROW Your Team; a workbook of questions to support leaders who are learning to coach at work.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
