The conversation starter will be flexible work arrangements and how the future of work is impacted post Covid-19. We are looking to share experiences with each other on how organisations are approaching work arrangements to meet the changing needs of employees.

Neeru has conducted research on experiences and perceptions of knowledge workers working from home during the pandemic. Come along to this Café Connect and get a preview of the research and gain valuable insight before this is published in academic journals.
