Managing Employee Productivity in 2022 is the first session of The Employment Law Lens series- brought to you by Morrison Kent in partnership with HRNZ.
This seminar is an opportunity to share knowledge with HR professionals, employers and those working in this shared space on how best to manage employee productivity, disciplinary action and performance issues in 2022, taking into consideration remote working and increasing flexible working arrangements.
Morrison Kent’s employment law team will focus on topics from an employment law perspective, including how to navigate:
- Managing sick leave
- Flexible working
- Returning to the office
- Monitoring employee output
- Managing performance issues where an employee is working remotely
- Managing disciplinary issues where an employee is working remotely
- Preventing employment issues from developing into personal grievances
The team will discuss employment law trends and employer best practice in managing the employment relationship in these situations.
You will walk away with a greater understanding of how employers can work collaboratively with staff and take proactive measures to put a fence at the top of the cliff and not an ambulance at the bottom.
