Following on from our first session, Fair Way will continue the conversation on managing conflict.
Join us for a chance to connect and continue the discussion on workplace conflict following the recent session delivered by Fair Way Resolution.
We will have time to share examples, discuss any questions you may have and to get practical advice on how to prevent, respond to and resolve disputes.
About our Speaker Samantha de Coning
Samantha is Head of Practice at Fair Way Resolution and leads their delivery of dispute resolution services nationally. She is a very experienced conflict resolution practitioner, Fellow of the Arbitrators and Mediation Institute of NZ (AMINZ) and has taught conflict resolution techniques at Massey University and AUT. Samantha is an expert in this field and has developed this session specifically for our members.
