In this webinar Lane Neave will provide a comprehensive summary of the new compulsory accreditation regime for employers of migrant workers – due to go live on 1 November. The session will include detail on the current information provided from INZ about the new system, together with insights and advice about what employers can do to prepare and what the likely impacts of the new system will be on employers’ ability to access migrant labour. The session will address issues such as:
- Is there any benefit in renewing our accreditation/applying for accreditation under the current regime?
- We are already accredited, do we need to reapply?
- Will we need to become accredited under the new regime?
- What will happen to our staff who are already holding Talent (Work to Residence) Visas?
- What steps can we take now to prepare for the new regime?
What participants will gain from the webinar: An up-to-date debrief for HR professionals and employers on the upcoming Accredited Employer Work Visa and the impact that will have on your ability to recruit and retain migrant worker staff.
There will also be time for questions and answers.
