High Performance Teams, or High-Performing, has become a modern buzzword but what actually does it mean?
What are the characteristics of teams labelled “High Performance”?
And, what do organisations need to do to develop teams that are productive and perform well?
In this one-hour presentation, the characteristic of High-Performance Teams will be demystified, and their key characteristics explained. Tips of what to look for and work towards in your organisations will also be given throughout.

About our Presenter, Megan Dawson, MD Training
Megan Dawson is a trainer and facilitator who has her own company specialising in team development and growth. Having worked in the field for some years, Megan’s passion is to see individuals and teams fulfilled and thriving in the workplace.
“There are so many models and methodologies around what is required of teams it can get very confusing for leaders and companies knowing what’s important, or what their next steps should actually be. My goal is to make growth and change as easy as possible to embrace and implement. This means the tools employed have to be practical, their application easy and the jargon removed.
Megan has a reputation for being an engaging facilitator and speaker who provides interactive and stimulating training. She is highly thought of by clients in both the private and public sectors with whom she undertakes tailored team building workshops and retreats.

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to [email protected] two working days before the day of the event.
Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
