About our Presenter
Janet has specialised in employment law for the past 20 years, having given advice on all aspects of employment law including discipline and dismissals, restructuring and redundancy, wage and holiday pay claims, dealing with unions and collective bargaining, drafting and advising on individual employment agreements, claims in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
Janet predominantly works with employers and has experience across a very broad range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, transport, health, education, agriculture, stat/crown entities, tourism, hospitality, professional services and trade areas.
She has also represented a large number of employees from a very wide range of industries.
