A workshop presented by Amanda Woolridge, XL Coaching

Coping with Stress and building resilience is a key part of being a successful leader. In this workshop Amanda will provide an overview of some tools and strategies to help leaders as well as dive into any areas that the group is particularly interested in and the session will finish with a mindfulness exercise.

Amanda states that "What I’m noticing currently as I coach Managers and Leaders, is that the themes of ‘stress and overwhelm’ never fail to arise. When I facilitate at the four annual retreats at Millbrook for the Institute for Strategic Leadership, one of the questions we ask at the start of the Programme is, ‘who here is experiencing a busy year and feeling a sense of overwhelm?’ Nearly every leader raises their hands. In the busy world of ongoing change and constant information overload it is becoming vitally important to pause, notice how you react to the challenges of life and proactively find ways to lead with resilience.

Come along to this one hour workshop followed by some tea & coffee downstairs in the restaurant for some networking afterwards.
