About our Presenter

Kim is Dunedin born and bred and started her professional career, graduating from the University of Otago, with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management & Employee Relations back in 1990. She has worked in HR & Training & Development ever since in a coaching, consulting, facilitating & training capacity within NZ & overseas. Kim & her husband Chris established Free Spirit Training & Development, 20 years ago through a passion for empowering people to unleash their true potential. Kim & Chris both specialise in positive psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, psychometric profiling & cultural diversity & wellbeing. Kim is an accredited NZ & AUSAid Consultant & has been working in the South Pacific for the last 12 years supporting indigenous cultures to grow their wellbeing & find their voice, key dimensions of professional wellbeing.

Payment

Fees will be due for payment in full for each branch event, and are non-refundable unless cancellation has been confirmed by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz at least two working days before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
