Join us for an engaging session exploring the latest law reforms, bullying and trends in the employment law space with Fitzherbert Rowe’s litigation Partner Alastair Hall. Alastair’s experience acting for businesses, councils and individuals, as well as being a business owner himself, provides him with a bird’s eye view of current trends and concerns. He will share with us his experiences from the past year regarding workplace bullying as well as his predictions for “hot topics” in employment law for the year ahead.

About our Presenter

Alastair Hall is the Senior Litigation Partner at Fitzherbert Rowe Lawyers. He specialises in employment law and governance, advocacy and general dispute resolution, including a strong practice in representation and advice for local government around the North Island.

A significant part of his work involves assisting employers in their employment relationships with a major focus on relationships at a senior level, ranging from governance strategies through to executive performance.

Fees will be due for payment in full for each branch event, and are non-refundable unless cancellation has been confirmed by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz at least two working days before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
