This interactive session will help you identify toxic behaviours at work and learn how to manage them to reduce the impact they have on colleagues, clients and the organisation. The workshop will provide strategies for inoculating your organisation against toxicity and dealing with toxic behaviours on a one to one, team and organisational level.

About our Presenter
Aly McNicoll is a Director at the NZ Coaching & Mentoring Centre and works with organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand who want to be more strategic in how they use coaching and mentoring to enhance leadership and learning. She has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations set up coaching or mentoring programmes, training coaches and facilitating leadership development programmes. Aly is a regular presenter at international conferences including the Australian Institute for Training & Development, The Association for Talent Development (USA) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (UK & Europe). In her last life she was a senior lecturer on the Graduate Diploma in Not for Profit Management at Unitec Institute of Technology and is still active in coaching not for profit boards and leaders.
