  • Other options than formal investigation
  • When you have to just do it!
  • A review of the process and principles of a formal investigation.

About our Presenters

Nick Mason is a partner with Pitt & Moore. With over 13 years in the field, he has extensive experience in managing workplace investigations, industrial disputes and union negotiations. He works with clients on all employment issues, including reviewing and preparing employment agreements, disciplinary matters, restraints of trade and workplace health and safety. Nick also has extensive mediation experience and has appeared in the Employment Relationship Authority and Employment Court.

A senior consultant with Intepeople, Marianne Wilkinson is recognised as one of the most experienced employment relations practitioners in New Zealand, with over 20 years experience in this area of specialisation. She has extensive experience in Senior HR and Employee Relations, Performance Management Systems and Strategic Assessment/HR Audit, Diversity and Policy from her 11 years at Westpac in Health & Safety, Employee Relations, Diversity and Policy. She has been providing HR & ER consulting services since for both local and national clients. Marianne is a certified workplace investigator with the Association of Workplace Investigators.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
