Session 1: Leadership, talent and teams in 2020

Date: Tuesday 3 December 2019 - 5:00-6:00 PM

This session, presented by Brendan Lynch (Senior Consultant at Winsborough) explores relevant research into organisational behaviour to provide some clarity on why people in organisations behave the way they do and get them thinking about management and leadership behaviour.

Session 2: Leadership insights from international CFOs

Their extensive work with individuals, teams and organisations in different countries is a wealth of experience to draw from.

Does leadership look the same in every part of the world? What’s the best or fastest path to reach personal goals. Our guests offer an interesting view on leadership and share their story from young accountants to international experienced CFOs.

Session 3: Choosing the Right Mentor

Date: Wednesday 18 March 2020

Mentors can help you think through challenges, deal with sticky career situations, develop strategies and evaluate opportunities.

Do you really need a mentor? What factors you need to consider when choosing a mentor and what skills do you need to learn right now versus in a year from now?

Our guest speakers share their personal experience as mentors and mentees and will help you to understand how to choose the right mentor for you.
