Please join Lisa and Canterbury Branch for a discussion on Organisational Capability.

Lisa will be visiting the Christchurch Branch on 24th January 2020 for a discussion on the future of organisational capability. Join us to better understand Organisational Capability, how we can use data to predict future workforce capability needs, capabilities organisations will need to consider to win in the 20's, and the role of people practitioners in all of this. We look forward to hosting you at this event and starting the year with this thought provoking presentation and discussion to kick of 2020.

About our Presenter

Lisa Oakley Bcom, PGdipBusAdmin, MMgmt, CFHRINZ, CAHRI is a Board Member and National Vice President of HRNZ, General Manager People and Culture for Blind Low Vision, Councillor for Workbridge and Director of Love Your Work NZ.

Lisa has 15+ years' experience in Human Resources in large scale service environments in a range of industry sectors. Lisa is passionate about People and Culture best practice and advancing the Human Resource profession in New Zealand.

Payment

Fees will be due for payment in full for each branch event, and are non-refundable unless cancellation has been confirmed by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz at least two working days before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
