About our Presenter Jolie Wills, Hummingly
Jolie is a cognitive psychologist. She has supported teams under prolonged pressure in post-disaster environments. Jolie conducted international research, aided by a Winston Churchill Fellowship, to explore strategies for supporting the wellbeing and resilience of people working in conditions of stress, change and uncertainty. Jolie has studied how the mind works under prolonged pressure, how we make decisions, how our reactions and behaviours are impacted by stress and the impact on individuals, teams and organisations.
With her co-founder, Elizabeth McNaughton, Jolie founded Hummingly - an organisation designs proven, practical tools to equip people and organisations to do change and uncertainty well - an increasingly important set of skills in today's changing world.
