We are excited to be hosting a Chartered Membership workshop on 21 February 2020 and we would be delighted to have you along to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to reflect on your professional achievements and receive recognition for them.

Chartered members of HRNZ enjoy the status that comes with demonstrating that they have attained a level of professional ability which is respected at a national level by employers and their peers. In addition, Chartered Members are provided with guidance and opportunities to expand and enhance their professional knowledge and expertise through continuing professional development on an annual basis.

To get the most out of this workshop, once you have registered please bring along your laptop and a current copy of your CV in hard copy or electronic version, accessible on your device as well as the template attached. For those not yet registered please join us by registering today.

For some, it seems a scary prospect. There are forms to fill in and you need to think about how you verify your experience! In this interactive workshop, we will demystify the process, take you through the competencies you will need and answer questions you have so you can get started on your journey to becoming a chartered member of HRNZ. You can even bring along your device and get started straight away!

About our Presenter

Lisa Oakley CFHRNZ / National Vice President

Lisa is a commercially oriented senior generalist people and performance leader with 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment in large scale service environments in a range of industry sectors. She sees her role as providing leadership with respect to people strategy, organisation design, transformation and change, talent management and development, industrial and employment relations, and organisation culture. She works with other business leaders to achieve outcomes for customers and stakeholders by maximising engagement and achieving the best from their people. Lisa particularly enjoys working in fast paced environments and seeing the results.

HRNZ Members: to access the event please log in to the HRNZ website FIRST and register through the BUY TICKETS link in the event listing. This will give you access to your member discount.

Non members can register through the BUY TICKETS link

Payment

Fees will be due for payment in full for each branch event, and are non-refundable unless cancellation has been confirmed by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz at least two working days before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
