We are pleased to be partnering with the team at PSA Wellington again for a panel conversation on Pay Equality.

The panel will take us through an interactive conversation into pay equality including:

1. What is pay equality and what is the background behind it?

2. Why is it important?

3. What’s the PSA’s view on pay equity?

4. What are the gender pay principles?

5. What do organisations need to think about when looking to address pay in-equality?

6. What can HR professionals do to support pay equality within their organisations?

7. What do HR Professionals need to consider when a pay equality claim is lodged?

Bring your questions and thoughts for this panel conversation!

Thanks again to Jeff, Kerry, Jo and Sue of the PSA for supporting our HRNZ Wellington community.
