Chelsea will give you up to date information on the seriousness of UV radiation for workers in NZ and discuss how a workplace can manage this. She will use skin cancer as an example, going through the process of implementing a Health Programme in a workplace, obstacles that she has come up against and how she has navigated them and where she sees the future of workplace Skin Cancer Programmes.

About our Presenter, Chelsea Langman Skin Aware

A registered nurse, Chelsea has more than 16 years of experience as a specialist skin cancer nurse in Taranaki. Chelsea has an interest in preventative health care, workplace well-being and how this will develop in the future. She started her own business Skin Aware in 2018. Chelsea combines her warm, compassionate personality with expert skin cancer screening, detection and education programmes for workplaces. Her business beliefs are about contributing positively by using best practices and evidence-based processes.

Who should attend

HR Professionals, Health and Safety Professionals, anyone managing people, responsible for wellbeing or health programmes within their organisation.


Fees will be due for payment in full for each branch event, and are non-refundable unless cancellation has been confirmed by email to at least two working days before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
