Many were predicting economic headwinds in 2020. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the government’s enforced lockdown, uncertainty is very much a reality for many businesses. For many employers this will place them in the difficult and challenging position of considering restructurings that may lead to redundancies. Employment law experts, Lane Neave will deliver a 45 minute presentation that will ensure employers are equipped with the most up to date information as they prepare for potential change.

In this presentation, Lane Neave will take you through the terminology, what is required to initiate a restructure, a step-by-step walk though the process and the alternatives as well as the relevant legislation and case law.
