This webinar aims to provide insights into the annual salary review process and enhance participants’ capability to make objective remuneration decisions within the process in the context of the Covid-19 situation and effect on businesses. We will provide a high-level overview of best practice annual salary review processes taking into account timing, how to distribute the salary budget fairly and how to identify and retain critical employees in time of limited resources.

Participants will gain an understanding of the different approaches to the annual salary review particularly issues that may arise during the process due to Covid-19 implications. They will understand how to manage employee expectations and the key steps for a review that allows them to be fair and retain critical employees.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
