HR teams are often consigned to leading the design and delivery of wellbeing programmes - and sometimes, deciding how to start and where to go can be like planning a journey without a map (or even a destination) To avoid the short term fixes or multiple solutions which many organisations are defaulting to, Kathryn would like to introduce a simple framework for consideration; The Three E's of Resilience.

This webinar will help you understand the Three E's of Resilience, consider how to design a more comprehensive and long-lasting wellbeing programme and explore some of the latest wellbeing science to support the implementation of programmes at work.

Kathryn Jackson is a Christchurch based Leadership Coach and Fellow of the CIPD (UK), who loves to ask questions to facilitate outcomes. She specialises in working with organisations that want to build confidence, success and resilience at work.

Kathryn is the author of several books including; Essential Questions to GROW Your Team; a five-star rated workbook of questions to support Managers who are learning to coach at work that is used by businesses around the world, and Resilience At Work: Practical Tools for Career Success which was a double Finalist for Best International Business Book (UK) and the Australian Career Book Awards in 2019.

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
