Kathryn believes that anybody who supports others at work requires the most highly tuned resilience skills. Knowing how to do this can sometimes be overwhelming so give yourself the opportunity to take an hour out for some "you time" and learn some of the fundamentals for ensuring you can stay energized and motivated at work.

Participants will understand how to more confidently navigate change and uncertainty at business every day, recognize the four foundations for building effective resilience at work and consider how to deliberately design your own wellbeing and resilience at work.

Kathryn Jackson is a Christchurch based Leadership Coach and Fellow of the CIPD (UK), who loves to ask questions to facilitate outcomes. She specialises in working with organisations that want to build confidence, success and resilience at work.

Kathryn is the author of several books including; Essential Questions to GROW Your Team; a five-star rated workbook of questions to support Managers who are learning to coach at work that is used by businesses around the world, and Resilience At Work: Practical Tools for Career Success which was a double Finalist for Best International Business Book (UK) and the Australian Career Book Awards in 2019.

Cancellation Policy

An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
