Facilitated by Blair Scotland and Ros Webby - Dundas Street Employment Lawyers
Blair Scotland has over 20 years' experience advising both public and private sector clients on employment matters. He has worked in-house and externally and his clients appreciate his legal know-how combined with his pragmatism that only someone who has worked as an in-house employment relations specialist can provide.
Ros Webby is a specialist employment lawyer with over 20 years' experience in employment relations and human resources. She has considerable experience, advising, assisting and representing a wide variety of clients in a range of employment related issues
Dundas Street has a team of 8 specialist employment lawyers, providing the full range of advice from performance management and disciplinary matters to complex contract and industrial disputes. Their point of difference is that they have worked at the coal face and understand the practical issues facing employers and apply that to provide solution focused advice. They have a strong client base both in Wellington and Nationally, acting primarily for Corporate and Government employers.
