AUCKLAND : HR101: How to manage your obligations when restructuring

This will be a practical session covering the following:

The session will include considering fictional fact scenarios to promote discussion and sharing of ideas. It is intended to be informal with the opportunity to interact with fellow HR practitioners.

Who would benefit from attending?

Anyone working in the HR field who would like to develop their understanding and practical knowledge about how to conduct a restructuring process. The goal is for attendees to feel confident managing a restructure from the outset; including identifying and solving the typical issues that arise during such processes, taking into account specific COVID-19 considerations.

Jessie Lapthorne, Partner, Employment Team, Duncan Cotterill

Vanessa is a specialist employment lawyer, advising on a full range of employment issues including personal grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and redundancy and restructuring issues. She advises clients in a range of sectors.
