Join us as KPMG Director Lucy Neame presents key findings from recent research into the challenges and opportunities facing NZ post Covid-19

On 1 July we will be joined by Lucy Neame, Director, KPMG. She will present some of the findings from recent research KPMG has conducted into the challenges and opportunities facing New Zealand as a result of the Covid -19 Crisis.

She will also provide insight into the need for organisations to be nimble and to utilise workforce shaping and the principles of customer experience in effectively managing their workforce through this time.

Doors open at 5pm, presentation begins at 5.30pm.

About our Presenter

Lucy is passionate about helping organisations thrive through their people. She has worked both in house for JP Morgan and in a consulting capacity for many large Corporates and Financial Services Providers in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Lucy worked in London post the Global Financial Crisis and believes many of the lessons learnt by the Financial Services Industry at that time can be applied more broadly across organisations at this time of uncertainty.

Payment

Fees will be due for payment in full for each branch event, and are non-refundable unless cancellation has been confirmed by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz at least two working days before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to branchevents@hrnz.org.nz two working days before the day of the event.

Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.
